House-Hunting is Nothing Like HGTV Says It Is
We looked at houses this weekend. Three caught our eye —
House Number 1: A quaint cottage with a lot of curb appeal. It had a nice walk-up attic with a lovely landscaped yard. But it was about $10k out of budget. And it had some water damage and cracks.
House Number 2: A small, new construction out in the country. The upside — no neighbors! The downside — the yard was a mess....

I am over productivity blogs. They were new and insightful about three years ago, but I haven’t read a blog entry that said anything new and insightful in that long. How many ways can one blog say “don’t do two things at once, do important stuff first, use a good organization system…etc. etc.?”
Plus, not everyone is a social media guru jerk-off anymore.

I hate that the only two watchable shows on at this time of day are Everybody Loves Raymond and Animal Cops.
Regarding the latter: if you are not depressed or sad enough, then definitely watch it.

I dreamed that I went to view a house. It was one I’ve been eyeing in real life, so naturally it would be in the dream.
